The thing is, I can’t make you become a better leader. I can’t define your goals and aspirations nor make them a reality for you. What I can do is share with you the firsthand guidance, knowledge, and support needed to turn your intentions into action; hold you accountable for your successes and failures; and of course, act as your confidant, advisor, and strategist along the way. But, no matter how you slice it, coaching takes time because change takes time. Like a dance that requires some toe stepping here and there in order to work out the kinks, coaching is a long-term professional development tool that once set to the right rhythm and cadence can lead to some extremely rewarding outcomes.
